Dear Member,

We are fast approaching the deadline for matches in some of the internal matchplay competitions, this email is a reminder for anyone who has entered any matchplay competition and not completed your first-round tie to make those arrangements asap.

Missed deadline
It is the responsibility of both players/teams to arrange matches with in the deadline specified. A failure to do so will result in the tie being decided by the matchplay committee.

If there are circumstances which have hindered the playing of a match within the stated deadlines the committee must be notified in advance of the closing date.

Reporting results
To report the result of a tie competitors must use the club v1 app as follows:
club v1 app > select competition > scroll to match (your named/team will be highlighted green) > select the drop-down menu > select enter match result.
